We recently requested MAP Chartered Surveyors to do a Homebuyer report survey on a flat we were due to purchase. Everyone we spoke to on the phone was attentive and we had email correspondence to confirm once the survey had been booked in. It was arranged within a day of our original request, and though we expected to wait up to 7 working days for the report to come through, it was actually with us the following day.
