It was a normal day, like any other, with no unusual surprises until I came to my last survey inspection. I entered the property and began to inspect the various rooms on the ground floor. I then went upstairs to inspect the bedrooms, upon opening one of the bedroom doors, to my astonishment I was shocked to find an unusual resident in the middle of the room. A 6 foot nose to tail bearded dragon who was so big, it had its own bedroom. The occupier then shouted up the stairs “ I forgot to tell you, be careful when entering bedroom 2, Oh! you know already.” She said. Hence to say, I was very careful not to disturb the Dragon’s Den!
